Obituary – Mr Edgar P. Biggs
Mr Edgar Peyton Biggs, chairman of Messrs Carrington and Co., Ltd., Regent Street, London, whose death has been announced, was a son of the late Mr John Biggs, of Cardiff, and in 1898 he married Sidney Ethel, daughter of the late Mr Carrington Smith, and niece of the late Sir James Smith, of Birmingham. Mr Biggs died at Malvern and was buried there.
