Teddy Bostock, as he was known, married fellow tennis player Jean Addie Bisset Nicoll on 30 January 1943 in Westminster, London; they had two sons together. Jean Bostock committed suicide in April 1965 and Teddy Bostock subsequently remarried. He was at one point president of the Ipswich Lawn Tennis Club in Suffolk.
