Obituary – Mr Francis A. Waller
Private cable advice has been received of the death of Mr Francis Aimé Waller at his home in Wimbledon, London. He was the son of the late Mr Thomas F. Waller, a well-known New South Wales pastoralist of 30 or 40 years ago. In 1904, Mr Francis A. Waller was associated with the Hawkesbury Condensed Milk Company, Ltd., at Windsor, and later with Australian Milk Products, Ltd., of which he was managing director.
Since 1921 he had been a member of the board of directors of Nestlé and Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Co. (Asia), Ltd. He had resided in London for the past 11 years, but made many journeys to Australia and other parts of the world in connection with the activities of the company. His last visit to New South Wales was in the early part of this year.
Mr Waller, when a young man, was a noted tennis player, and in later years was a prominent member of the Portland Club, London. He was twice married. Mrs Waller and two children by his first marriage survive him.
